PURPOSE

This page describes the management methods of this site in reference to the data processing of the users who consult it. It is a notice which is given according to art.13 of the Leg. Dec. n.196/2003 – Personal data protection code for those interacting with web services accessible via data transmission starting with the address:

The notice is given only for this web site and not for other sites consulted by the user through links.

The notice is based on the recommendation n.2/2001 which the European authorities for the protection of personal data, joined together in the Group created by art. 29 of directive n. 95/46/EC, adopted on the 17th of May 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data on-line, and, in particular, the methods, times and the nature of the information which the controller of the processing must supply to the users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the reasons for connecting.

DATA PROCESSING LOCATION

Processing of the services of this web site takes place in the Nomesia S.r.l. headquarters in via Andrea Cesalpino 60, Milan and is carried out by technical staff of the processing department, or occasional maintenance operation employees. The personal data supplied by users requesting the despatch of informative material (bulletins, Cd-roms, newsletters, annual reports, replies to questions, acts and provisions) is utilized only to carry out the service requested and is communicated to third parties only if necessary or explicitly authorized.


TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Browser data

Computer systems and software procedures used to operate this web site acquire, during normal operation, some personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of the Internet communication protocols.

This information is not collected for association with specific individuals, but by its specific nature, could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of request, the method utilized to submit the request to the server, the dimensions of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the response given by the server (successful conclusion, error etc) and other parameters relative to the operating system and computer of the user.

This data is used only to obtain anonymous statistical information about the use of the site and to check its correct functioning.It is deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site. Other than this, the web contacts data does not persist for more than seven days.


Data provided voluntarily by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses listed on this site involves the capture of the sender’s email address, which is necessary to reply to any requests, as well as other data inserted in to the message.

Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the web pages dedicated to particular services on request.


COOKIES

Cookies are not used for the transmission of personal information. The use of c.d. session cookies (which are not stored on the user’s computer and disappear upon closure of the browser) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (established from random numbers generated by the server) necessary to safely and efficiently explore the site.

The c.d session cookies utilized on this site avoid the use of other computer technologies which could compromize the privacy of the user’s navigation and do not allow the acquisition of user personal identification data.

In accordance with the same article, you have the right to request the cancellation, the anonymous transformation or the blocking of data processed in violation of law, as well as to oppose its processing for legitimate reasons.
